It sends an alert when that condition is met. Monitoring a condition does not itself place a trade. ## Set up and verify a condition 1. Open a supported Scanner message for the token and select **Track** when it is available. 2. If setup continues in a direct message, keep the intended group or topic in view before completing the prompt. 3. Choose an available condition and enter a requested value where applicable. 4. Check the rebuilt Trench Track menu before leaving. If the value or enabled state is missing, treat the condition as unconfirmed and repeat the current setup.

Scanner token result with a Trench Track label and Track control — A token result can display a Trench Track label with a Track control.

A notification reports a condition, not a safety finding or trade outcome. Check the token identity and condition named in the alert, then return to the current Scanner result before deciding what to do next. Any order belongs to a separate [Soul Sniper](/user-guides/soul-sniper.md) flow with its own wallet, amount and status checks. A Trench Track alert does not prove that an order exists or executed.
